None.
Had to wait for over a week to report the accident. The repair was as it says a repair. The repair centre Tesco used was a backstreet repair centre.
I had an accident whereby I was parked & had just left my vehicle (car park). A vehicle just missed me & hit my car on the front offside wing. Because the accident occurred on Boxing Day I could not get any response until the New Year. It then took a further three weeks before the vehicle was taken to the repair centre. Tesco Insurance stipulated the repair centre I had to use. They did not replace the wing, as I would have expected (particularly as it was a no fault claim) but merely filled it & sprayed it. The finished job was a complete shambles, the worst repair I have ever seen. When I complained to Tesco they informed me that it was my responsibility to deal with the complaint directly with the garage. This took a further six weeks to resolve. Yes the work was eventually done but I will never insure anything with Tesco ever again. To quote the old saying "YOU ONLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" is not correct as in this case I believe that I paid far more than I actually received.
