    Good Points

    Their main teacher is the one and only good point. He is friendly, kind and patient. However your child will share him with at least 5 other children who will all be learning different things and at different levels of ability.


    Bad Points

    Hot class rooms! When more children enrole, less able tutors are brought in. My child often left the lesson with work full of crosses, but no one had bothered to explain errors - it was left to me! Mock exams are a total waste of money and more importantly time. KSOL refuse to give you a copy of the exam as they are worried about competitors copying them! Therefore your child sits an exam for a few hours and you don't even know which questions they got wrong - subsequently, as the lessons aren't aimed at your particular child, no one actually goes through the incorrect questions!

    The on-line test are of a standard format (and become very boring) and similar and even better test can be found on other sites for free. We received absolutely no personal feedback from the on-line test, it was all very general and could have been aimed at any child.


    General Comments

    The owners of the company seem to be very genuine and nice people, but I think that the combination of helping children and earning money has become too heavily focused on the £ side, at the cost of the quality that they may of had when they first opened their business.

    I would not recommend them to a friend - however, my experience was last year - they may have improved since then?
