Poor, disrespectful customer service.
General Comments
When I contacted their customer service, on a local number, it sounded like a really ignorant, bored woman had answered the phone. After a brief argument (so much for 'the customer's always right') my details were taken yet again. I don't like the sharp practice reported about a 'billing year' not being equal to 12 months, re their price increases.
