Could not offer refund on unsuitable goods, no mention is made at the point of purchase nor in any t&c's.


General Comments

Dreams PLC could not offer refund or exchange on unsuitable goods, no mention is made at the point of purchase nor could I find it in any t&c's. Staff seemed rude and unwilling to help and openly admitted that if they are not breaking the law they can do what ever they like!
