The interest rate is good.


General Comments

I advise you to look elsewhere if you want access to your money. Unfortunately it seems hard to get your hands on your money. I have been trying for a week to get funds sent directly to my bank account. After being promised a bacs transfer which did not happen and a chaps transfer on friday, I still have not had the money paid into my bank account. I could not collect the car I was due to buy this weekend and have had to extend my old cars insurance for another week. I still have no idea when I will recieve my money! The supervisor was in meetings all day on Friday apparently and although I was assured she would phone me she didn't. Every time you phone you speak to a diffent person in a different part of the country. I will be writing to them about all of the above. I would not recommend the post office instant saver to anyone.
