STOP. The very few good points are vastly overshadowed by the
bad.
The customer service line costs 25p per min, they have yet to return any of my calls, in fact the very term customer service is cause for a good laugh when thinking about sky.
As soon as we signed up to see speak and surf which should have been £26 per month we were overcharged £12+vat every month. The call centre staff promise to put it right every month but still 18 months later nothing has changed. Now we have cancelled their services (or are trying to). We have been promised various refunds, but then received a bill with the threat off being cut off. When phoning to try to solve the problem we are told that the cancellation isn't even on the system.
My wife has spent 5 hours approx on the phone over the months (all at premium charges) and we don't seem any closer to any peace of mind.
We are now moving to O2 for broadband freesat for tv and bt for phone.
How very strange that dealing with three different suppliers is easier than sky.
