Good Points

Everything - mobility, cleaning head and suction control.


Bad Points

Can't re-use the bags.


General Comments

What a fab machine - lots of suction - picks up pet hairs and I've had mine for over 5 years and it's never given me any problems (apart from the rewind cord - which the cleaner broke 10 months ago). I couldn't recommend this machine highly enough.
