Good Points

I only get to do my stairs and it needs charging, not very good suction after 6 months, I found it not good value.


Bad Points

sorry have done this wrong way round no real good points.


General Comments

I wish I had put my money on a full size new Dyson which I have always had since I used one at least 10 years ago. Going out this week to buy a new one and will use my older one upstairs to save me carrying it up and down. I find that no other cleaner is as good as Dyson that is why I am so disappointed with the hand held one.
