Prices, ease of system when reserving your item for collection.
No complaints from staff when you take an item back for refund!
Bad Points
I think Argos lacks the electrical catalogue of other stores, i.e could do with a wider selection of camcorders etc.
General Comments
I've never had home delivery I have always collected after reserving the item.
My experiences have up to date been good.
Any problems or the product not being suitable then then they simply exchange it.
You try that with Curry's, Comet, Maplins and they try to tie you up in knots in order not to give you your money back.
Keep up the good work Argos.
