The only good thing I can say about them is that they refunded me my money.
Don't deliver in 5-10 working days; exceptionally poor customer services; misled me with anticipated delivery dates.
Used them twice. First time for a desk and safe and was satisfactory. Second time I made a bad mistake using this company. My order was for nearly 900GBP.
After three weeks, nothing had arrived. Email exchanges with their Customer Service proved pointless. They just send you boilerplate responses with anticipated dates of delivery.
After five weeks I eventually got through to the Customer Services, after complaining to their supplier DAMS International. She informed me that an item on my order, a tambour cupboard, had been out of stock for an entire month. That is some pretty lame stock control.
Well, I decided to wait a little longer for the tambour cupboard now their Head of etc was on it. Another bad mistake it turns out because she exists through an answerphone and does not deign to reply to your emails. I eventually cancelled my order after 9 weeks under the Distance Selling Regs. You are legally entitled to do this in the UK if no delivery occurs after 30 days of the sale.
Please do yourself a favour and avoid these guys.
