Good Points

Good Story. Simple yet touching. In the far past, yet the bonds made between the characters were relatable.

Bad Points

Ended in a chance for a sequal. It did somewhat leave the reader satisfied but definintly, would most often leave the reader wanting more. More in a sequal that is most likely not to come.

General Comments

I thouroughly enjoyed The Samurai's Tale. The ending seemed a little rushed to me but overall, the book is a treasure to me. It touched my heart many times, and sometimes brought a tear to my eyes. It was beautifully written which is something I have never experienced in my life. It was a mature book, yet could be understood by any teenager. I loved reading it, and for sure, I will love reading it over and over again.
