Good cardio exercise as well as tightening abs but please read other points before purchasing this.
Bad Points
Every time I used this It rubbed the base of my spine and I had a blister that was rubbed rore! It was so painful. I couldn't use it in the end. It is good machine but they need to redesign this. Has anyone else had this problem? It's not as if I'm overweight, I'm only 9 stone. Ouchee!
General Comments
Good all round value just wish I could have used it the way It's meant to be used without it hurting. Real shame. Was disappointed.
