Site offers a choice of methods, the code for your phone comes in a few days. The site keep you in the loop as to progress of your order. My K800i was unlocked within 4 days. Just as the site said it would be. Half the price of most other unlockers. Those griping about the site "directing you contact provider for unlock" should read the options for unlocking. The site clearly states what you are getting. The provider method is the cheapest. Had asked for a phone to be added to list (Sagem my226x) with no response.
