General Comments

Bought a monitor with 3 years on-site warranty. I have been told that the manufacturers Yukaru will not honour this (as they have no service agents in the uk) aria wont help as they say this is the manufacturers warranty not theirs.

I feel that Aria are not a respectable retailer and should not be trusted to give any type of customer support.

    What Aria has said in this case is absolutely illegal under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. The law says it is the retailers' responsibility to fix the issue. Buyers do not have to contact or know the manufacturer. Often con traders ask their buyers (illegally of course) to contact buyers as they think they can avoid troublesome legal duties and getway with it, and it is because most often people are not aware of the law.
