General Comments

Where do I start? 20 months ago and after much research we decided on Apropos Tectonic Conservatories to build our lean to conservatory. They came up with the best options and designs and fully understood our brief. That was the last time anything good happened for us with this company. The started 2 weeks late which was not too much of a problem, but all the elements that made up the conservatory arrived on time and were dumped on out garden. All elements well packed and labelled, it looked like a bib Maccano set! Labourers came in and took about 10 days to assemble. When they left they left all the rubbish and assumed I would take this away. I did reluctantly, and this took for Espace loads to the dump and the ensuing costs.

After the first rainfall the usual leaks were there only we had at least a dozen! The conservatory was mostly unusable all summer as last summer was very wet. Numerous phone call and emails and photos and videos came to nothing. Response was slow and customer service was very poor.

After one trip to fix leaks and gaskets, they managed to break one of the glass panels! I could not believe the level of incompetence some staff showed. We still have leaks, we still have the broken glass panel in our garden and most of the gaskets are coming unstuck. I would stay away, that's my advice - not recommended.
