General Comments

Quite possibly the worst organisation i have come across. I had my passport "fast tracked" 1 week service which was suppose to arrive on Wednesday this week at the latest (18th). By Thursday I had no phone call from them to say they had already been to my address, so i had to do the chasing. In total I spoke to around 8 different members of their staff, who each had a conflicting account of the status of my delivery.

I was told the passport was delivered on Wednesday (18th) but no one was at the address and I was there all day between 8am-6pm
I was told the courier left a calling card, haven't received one.

Then told he couldn't find the address, that's why he never left a calling card

Told the driver was on his way (yesterday afternoon Thursday 19th) when quite clearly he wasn't

The automated phone service tells you the driver is on his way.

Found out my address had been misspelt - maybe not a major issue as the post code was okay

Told I had to pay £45 to get a next morning delivery (today Friday 20th) when they were already late.

Then told I could get a 9am-1pm service for £6 (today 20th)- how does the logic work here?

Told that the driver can't be contacted while on the road

Only just received my passport 3+ hours from the 9am-1pm slot.

    I agree with this review because...I am now sitting waiting for a passport that they have had in their offices for a week- because they had tried to deliver and I was out and it was unsafe to leave in the commune? I was also in all day and have been for the following week waiting-totally unaware that they had apparently tried to deliever - I was also not aware IPS used SMS to deliver passports. I found out by accident.
    I fly off On my honeymoon in approx 36 hours--- with No passport in sight and this is the last working day they deliver- great- it is on the van they said.
