Good Points

Excellent customer service, great selection of diamond rings.


Bad Points

The shop decor could do with updating.


General Comments

I went to Fraser Hart, Cribs Causeway to buy an engagement ring for my fiancee. The staff were extremly pleasant and helpful, they went out of their way to make it extra special. I was very happy with my purchase and luckily so was my partner. We did need to make a return visit to change the size and again the staff were friendly and helpful. I have since bought all my jewellery purchases from the store and have never had a single negative experience, even if the item needed to be returned as it was unsuitable. All in all i found fraser hart excellent and highly recommend them.
