They have no customer service whatssoever. You get put on hold , then cut off, try again , another person same problem they cut you off, have lost count of the times I have tried to speak to them, to sort out our problem. They changed one of our flights, but its totally unacceptable to us, but they wont do any thing to help us. Wish we had never had anything to do with them
General Comments
They have no customer service , really don't want to speak to you, as they never get back to you. And seem to do what they want with your flights, which is not suitable for a paying customer.
Would never use them again, and haven't even got off the ground yet, having read some of the other comments I am beginning to think that I might never get off on my holidays.
