I get through Customer Services normally within a seconds...
Not happy with the Router... Well Ok but locked...
Aww well buy your own one... for £7.50...
I have had o2 for a few months, my line had a problem which I knew and all my previous Broadband Suppliers couldn't be asked to sort it. But O2 cared... They sent me loads of BT Engineers and FIXED IT im getting 7.8mb out of 8mb. With O2 Router and I live 2.6km away from exchange...
This is so wonderful. Their customer service is the best. If you report an issue they always chase you up to inform/investigate issues. Other suppliers will call you once if you dont pick up, though they wont ever call you...! BUT O2 called me like 5 times a day....! They are the BEST!
Normally with other providers you have to wait like 30min to speak to customer service which is OUTSIDE OF UK. But O2 is In UK and is instant response...
I love O2!
