Price on some branded goods seems to be very competitive.

Phone call cost are high, p&p cost is high for some very small items. Some lesser known branded goods are better placed in a dodgy flea market, some of the electronic goods are just tat.

Awful customer service, they did not respond to my complaints. You have to pay for returns, even if they are faulty. I found very rude call centre staff

I used to buy a lot of stuff from them, but they have got too big and I think they think they can get away with poor service. There is a good business hiding in there somewhere.
