Apparently they have had some hosting issues on one of their products due to mail volumes but as I don't use that it hasn't impacted me so it's unfair to judge. The fact they post status updates and seem to have settled it must again show their commitment to delivering a good service.
General Comments
Absolutely exceptional customer service and support. I joined them years ago and my DSL connection has "Never" skipped a beat in all that time close on 7 years now. My connection was delivered in 3 days not 5 as suggested and the accolades they have continued to win for god knows how long must count for something as its all service and quality based from what I can see. Yes they cost me more than the likes of many other ISP's but after all these years of never having any downtime at all I have to admit I rarely see that said elsewhere. Truly the best UK ISP I have ever used and I have had a number at home and work since I got online many years ago now.
They have 0845 local call numbers should I need to phone - Only called twice one Customer service re multiple e-mail question I had and one Tech Support for help with my router set up - Both answered quick and top notch help. There can't be many independent ISP's left who can stil do this at this level of quality but I hope they continue until the day I don't need Internet services.
Just spotted they have just got the UK's Best BB award from Which as well - Need I say more?
