At least they've changed the contact number to a freephone, instead of the 0870 number they had before.
Most recent: gave me incorrect delivery time, so I missed the delivery, couldn't give me a new date until the van got back to the depot, which took 48 hours. Then the date offered was no good to me, so I had to cancel the order. No call back that I was promised.
HDNL has been poor in my case. Every experience I have had with this firm has been negative. They have failed in their primary job of safely delivering parcels. Amazon lost me as a customer last year and due to HDNL, Littlewoods are about to too.
