I flew from Los Angeles to Birmingham. My bags went to Chicago. My call to inquire about my bags was to elsewhere. I had to borrow a toothbrush from Delta (United was out) and an agent from Southwest had to make calls on my behalf because the staff on the ground in Birmingham wouldn't help me. My bags arrived 2 days later after they missed several flights out of Chicago because there was "no way for the crew in Birmingham to communicate with the crew in Chicago." The poorest customer service I've ever encountered. Never again.
