bought son pair of trainers from rochdale store, after 5 weeks i took them back because the velcro fastener had ripped of completely (he only wore them for best and still in new condition), i was informed that anything returned after 28 days had to go to inspection, after asking to read this policy i read in black and white that i was entitled to refund or exchange because ANYTHING RETURNED AFTER 90 DAYS must be sent to inspection. wont go shopping there again when this matter is resolved. absolutely fuming.
