Good Points
Good check in services both out and inward bound. Good weather.

Bad Points

All inclusive paphian park holiday village paphos. No food for late arrivals, sewer smells, noisy, poor quality food, recycled from meal to meal, cold and congealed, same snacks day in and day out, watered down cocktails and spirits. Expensive air conditioning, expensive car hire nearly 200 pounds for 2 days booked through the rep. Rep very unhelpful when we complained to her about the food and drink, not her problem, advised us to complain to management via comment book at reception which we duly did, nothing improved. Could not wait to fly home.

General Comments
Hotel staff friendly and mostly happy. Having travelled with Thomas cook on numerous occasions the brochure details for this accommodation regarding everything has let both them and us down, resulting in a very expensive, long awaited disappointing holiday for us. We feel this holiday would be ideal for families with very active children who will be well looked after by an excellent animation team; not for couples as per brochure looking to find peace and relaxation.
