Customer service is great. Friendly, pet-people on the phones that understand what it is like having a pet and can recommend a great plan for your pet and your lifestyle and budget.
General Comments
They now include dental. I had a Petplan policy and my cat developed diabetes and I was using up my entire limit for the year. I switched to petsecure 2 and now have twice the amonth of money a year for diabetes plus dental coverage! Awesome!
