Good value offer if you text a lot as you get 300 free texts and more if you top-up by £10 or more a month
General Comments
I bought my sim from an Orange store and they failed to activate the Dolphin package as they seemed to use a sim from a previous offer. I waited one month before topping up only to find out is wasn't registered so no free texts. Went in to store to complain and they activated it but have said it will be 72 hours before any free texts are credited so nearly six weeks after buying the sim card. Why can't people who work in mobile phone shops do what you ask them to do the first time round and why are there always so many hidden catches to these offers.

Got a problem with this dolphin package...
Last month December 2008
i topped my mobile up by £10 and got the animal package reward on the 23rd of december till 23 of january
but i topped my phone up again yesterday, and still havent gotten my texts, so im wondering if i have to wait till the 23rd of this month before anything? get back to me please :)
