No good point what so ever.
Untrained staff, staff not willing to help. They just say that there is nothing that they can do and dont bother to even TRY AND HELP THE CUSTOMER. The customers have to call them back.
I have been waiting since the 7 April to be paid out for an accident that was not my fault. I have had to ring all the time as they do not ring back or ring you to update you and they had all my details that they requested from me to pay me out but have done nothing about it as I rang today and only because I rang them today 19 June at 13:29 did they say that they will send an email to the correct department to start they paying out part. With the home insurance I rang to cancel my insurance and was told that there would be a 1 month cancellation charge which I accepted but they were going to take it from my account while I never had money in it. I advised the customer advisor of this and they merely said that there was nothing that they could do, there was something that they could have done (hold the payment until the date I had money in my account). Simple but no there is nothing that they could do!
