*Easy weight loss
*Get filled up easily
*Easy to stick to
Bad Points
*Once u go back to your eating habits you will put back on the weight, it must be long term!
*Makes me vommit
*You get fed up of eating it day in and day out
*Also its quite sickly after a while.
*Waste of money
General Comments
Overall the Herbalife diet may be good but i feel that there could be room for improvement and its a run for your money!
Don't buy it, that's just my opinion anyway. ;)
