General Comments

I booked 4 tickets from Bristol to Palma 9 months before we flew. When we arrived at the airport we found that the original baggage allowance of 20 kg had been reduced on May 1st to 15 kg. We had not received any notification of this change at all.
Luckily the total excess weight was 5 kg and this cost £35. We left behind some items in Majorca to achieve the 15 kg each on return. I feel that this is a sharp business practice.

Generally the airline is fairly average with the added advantage over some cheap airlines that you are actually allocated seats which eliminates the scrum often found.
