Very BAD network coverage area in City like Bangalore also. Phone gets disconnected in Indoors. Number of signal towers are few.
I feel that Vodafone have no concern over the complaints made. Very unprofessional. Complaint was taken to rectify the signal strength and a buffer time of 10 days. They have written the report that the Customer is informed regarding the complaint and the problem will be rectified at the end of 2008. But none of the Vodafone people have informed me. Personally I had to call to follow up with the status.
The Customer Care cannot be reached easily. After approx 2 years of usage, I prefer to disconnect the connection.
