I don't know but I have started using skinb5 the powder form and my skin is horrible. I have been using it for like 5 days and I already see an improvement. My skin looks more refreshed, less oily, less dry, no new break outs, plus it helps brittle nails and hair.
Bad Points
Due to the fact it has certain vitamins it may cause diarrhoea for a couple days, but that's it.
General Comments
Its worth the buy its about 40 bucks and its mango strawberry acne relief powder. I will keep you guys posted on how well it works for me, like in a week or so ill let you know.
