Not sure - cannot comment on roadside service as my car never brokedown.
They just don't get it when it comes to keeping hold of customers.
Like reviews I just read, got the first year for around £30 (bog standard roadside cover), renewal came through around £50. Cheaper if I cancelled and then re-applied as a new customer - even when I said I'd do that they just wouldn't offer me the new customer rate. They cited loyalty benefits - never received any info about loyalty benefits - at the end of the day is it a loyalty benefit if you're paying for it through increased premium.
