everything about the company. the people who responded to my call seemed unhelpful, the delivery was UNBEARABLE.


General Comments

Littlewoods - I am currently awaiting the arrival of a fathers day present which i was assured would be delivered the friday before fathers day. Waited in all day - as they couldn't even give me a round about time as to when it would come- i rang twice that day to make sure they had all my correct details and was assured for the 2nd time it was on its way, and would arrive before 7 in the evening. at 6:45 i rang for the third time to be told it wasn't to come until the 18th.i was fuming! Well its the 18th, and what have i got? NOTHING!!! Phoned littlewoods up to be told they are deeply sorry, but its not coming today as its been taken back to depot, for a reason they don't hold the information to and have asked me to phone in the morning. not only am i wasting my time, as i cant cancel the order because it has gone too far, but it is costing me a fortune on calls. I am so angry.
