Good Points

Good website and wide range of plants.


Bad Points

Slow delivery with no indication of when. Poor quality/diseased plants. Poor customer service.


General Comments

I was impressed by the website although I only looked at it because I had received a 10% off voucher. Having waited nearly two months for a cherry tree, I was disgusted to receive a specimen with very few leaves which had clearly been half eaten by pests. It was also diseased. It was so bad that my gardener refused to plant it. My previous delivery came badly packed and one shrub was squashed. I will never use them again.
