Good Points

The Good points about Directline Holidays is they appear to have availability on holidays that the main operator doesn't have


Bad Points

Communication to Directline holidays is awful to say the least generally you have to wait in a phone queue for up to 30mins


General Comments

I booked a Holiday with Directline Holidays to Cuba next April, as it is our wedding anniversary I have booked a flight upgrade sitting together, obviously, and a room upgrade. We were told we would get written confirmation of our requirement, we have received confirmation but the detail is sketchy room upgrade (Yes) Flight upgrade (No mention) sitting together (No mention). The company should provide this, we are in email contact now and hope to resolve the issues. On the whole would I use them again, No, I would rather go the the tour operator direct and pay the extra.

    I found this review helpful because...its made me aware that directline holidays have to many problems and I would rather pay a little extra and avoid these problems this user has experience, goodbye directline holidays and thanks to you and the other reviewers.
