General Comments

I don't know what the bad comments are about this product. 1st things 1st. this dyson is made more for short pile carpet and hard floors, hence the reason it doesn't have a turbine head on it. I had a DC04 before this one for 4 years I have honestly never had 2 replace anything at all on it. I use my dyson every 2nd day and still don't have a problem. Maybe if all of them people looked after their items properly there wouldn't be a problem. also there are many comments on pricing, if its so expensive why did you buy it in the first place?
