Bad Points
Poor customer service, I have to talk to someone different every time I call. No one has took responsibility for anything so far. I can't speak to anyone at management level.
General Comments
Ordered a T-1 from Verizon for my workplace. The line was laid in the alley in the dirt. Since we have voice over internet (meaning the phones go over the T-1), everytime someone drives down the alley it knocks our service out. Have called Verizon every day for the last three weeks. They have done nothing. It is so frustrating. We have no where else to turn for T-1 service.
