General Comments

Wife and I flew roundtrip JFK to Naples 6/7/08. We were meeting other family there and flight times worked. Not familiar w/Eurofly but found on internet. Also, best price I could find. After reading reviews I was nervous but I made the arrangements late so not many choices unless willing to pay Hundreds more per ticket.
Positive - Direct flight, plane was clean, seats worked, TVs in headrest were nice, staff friendly and food OK (I don't understand reviewers who apparently look for 5-star food on a plane! esp on discount airline!).
Negative - delayed 3 hrs on departure, 1 1/2 hrs on return.
Booked tkt on Cheaptickets.com. Flew to JFK, stood in line and found out they didn't have reservations although wife recieved confirmation 2 days before from Eurofly. Chptickt blamed Eurofly and visa-versa but fortunately they were not sold out so got new tkts issued at counter (orig were not billed). Very confusing, still don't know what happened so Confirm Your Arrangements! Assigned seats but no method to boarding which delayed take-offs. If you've got some flex to depart/land times, I recommend Eurofly.
