Friendly staff on desk on arrival and extremely helpful
Bad Points
Been there 3 times and every year we noticed a difference in the standard of cleanliness and disrepair of hotel. Desperately in need of refurbishment.
General Comments
Although we just used the hotel Santa Maria as a base (apart from meals which were the same old boring menus) we shall be using other hotels on the island in future. St Pauls Bay is a beautiful place and we would have enjoyed it more had the hotel kept its standards of a few years back.
