Damaged car whilst they had it and refusing to pay out, car was filthy covered in a brown sand. Stood in the cold for 20 mins waiting for a pick up.
On returning to pick up our car we noticed scuff marks on the tyres and chips out of the brand new alloys (fitted the week before). We spoke to the man who handed our keys to us who told us he had no authority to sort it and they was no one else there who could, we took pictures of the damage and I rang MIA Secure the next day to be told the manager was on holiday (people who have read all the reviews will find this story familiar) and to ring back later that afternoon as he would be popping into the office. I rang back to be told he wasn't there the man I spoke to said he would look at the damage report for our car and get back to me he did and said the damage report had no note of damage to our alloys and that if I spoke to the manager I would be able to claim from the insurance as per what had happened in the past.
We finally got though to the owner and he says he is unwilling to take responsibility for the Alloy damage we are now going to seek legal advice.
Also the manager told us on the phone on 2 separate occasions that he does NOT operate a secure car park even though the company is called MIA SECURE and the word secure appears 12 times in the confirmation email you receive. I would not recommend this company. If you can use APH (there are right next to this garage) the only reason we change was because we thought the pick up was a better service and it wasn't will be back with APH next time.
