Good Points

Great customer service over the phone. Explained everything very well and didn't seem to rush as some advisors tend to do. Very competitive quote considering I'm a new rider. In fact it was a lot chepaer then many of today's well known motorcycle insurance providers. Quote was given late in the day and should be with me tomorrow morning! Im a happy man!


Bad Points

May want to provide some more in depth information on their website regarding cancellation procedures... But every insurance company is different so thats understandable.


General Comments

As with many forms of insurance, you only know how good your insurance is if you have the unfortunate task of putting through a claim..
Hopefully I wont find out.
