Bad Points
I booked a room 4 months in advance, which was confirmed in writing. When I arrived, I was told the room was not available, and was sent to an inferior hotel 25 minutes' walk away, whereas I had a very good reason for needing to be near the Britannia hotel (my partner was giving a concert virtually next door to it).
General Comments
I found the staff offhand, incompetent and unhelpful.
