Good Points

Found out i could order my currency online and have it delivered to the branch near where i work, this saved time queuing and i since i was going to Egypt it was easier ordering my currency in advance when i wasn't too sure if they'd have it on demand.


Bad Points

Heard someone in front of me moaning that the rate online is different to that in branch, which the post office should make a bit clearer, so don't go thinking you can check the rate online and get the same rate when you go to order from the counter. Best just doing it online to get the best deal.


General Comments

I got a an acceptable rate, because i ordered over £500 and if i used the home delivery option it would have been free to deliver. Worth bearing in mind if you are going to be at home the next day, since i couldn't use my work address since it is not the same as my debit card info.
