Friendly approachable staff

Can pay for visa in store but you are then sent an email which you have to fill in and send off for approval, which can take between 4-6 weeks so make sure you get one in plently of time before you travel, also my email didnt arrive within 48hours so i rang to chase up, in which they were helpful and was sent out to me straight away!
Went to STA travel to book a working holiday visa, choose to book it here as it was considerably cheaper than any price given online and £30 cheaper than trailfinders.
Also got an international student card which they did in store in less than 10 minutes.
Had to wait about 20minutes to see someone, but fortunatly i wasnt in a rush!
Will be using them again to book hostels etc.
