Good Points

Leather interior, comfortable seats, powerful DOHC v6 engine, manual transmission, excellent handling.


Bad Points

Lost third gear sychros. Rear disc brakes hang up at times, water pump replaced, intake manifold gaskets replaced twice.


General Comments

Overall I love the car, Ford had an excellent design here, but their quality control in manufacturing needed significant improvement. The quality control issues killed the car.

    You have had exactly the same issues with the car that I have had. Water pump, intake manifold gaskets repalced twice and third gear synchros. All failed for me as well. Must be karma.
