Bad Points
Personally not happy with the customer service or the billing system..
General Comments
It seems Questia.com offers no invoices in the form of email or mail. I was charged for my account for over a year and never realized that I was being charged. Now I know I cant seem to be offered a refund, even though they have proof that I have not used the service for 12 months in my opinion. The website itself is very nice, but I do not recommend this education site...
