Good Points

If you want performance, looks, something tuneable, a real classic...........Rs turbos are a must! I go between my S2 and my civic familly bus and theres no comparison. Yeah the civics more comfortable and easy to drive. Cd/dvd and sat nav, air con, heated leather interior etc etc.......but how boring.


Bad Points

Your gonna find somethin needing done unless you pay top whack for 1 of these. I got mines for a pawltry £1700 and I've only done essential maintenance (cam belt, oil filter etc) to be on the safe side. Loads of these cars were right offs so be warned, and dont look at the cosmetics as a rule of thumb, check it properly.


General Comments

The cars are really great in almost every sense, its more of an addiction to drive than your usual run of the mill shed. Looked after and worked on to get and keep in top condition you will probably make any money back you spent if you sell it on. When buying make sure its not a rust bucket or has major welding done (check under the mats, battery tray, in the boot, have a prod underneath). In fact just take someone who knows thar stuff with you and get it hpi checked. Most of all though, if you go for one, enjoy it!
