I am writing this review to warn other young mums not to buy from this company yes we got a good deal for the pram my daughter wanted silvercross 3d travel system untill things started to go wrong with the pram considering my grandson is only 18 weeks old the pram is being repaired for the second time the first it was away for nearly 5 weeks as the music stand had jammed they said i had folded it wrongly [their is only one way to fold it] now the front axel has buckeled] this pram has not been hashed about as it has only been used for about 11 weeks MY daughter asked for a new and different pram or a refund as this is not acceptable for a new pram their answer was NO we will repair it free of charge this time as it is customer misuse we had an independent engineer look at the axel and he said it must have been bent before for that to happen they were still not willing to listen we phoned silver cross direct who could not do anything as the glasgow pram centre is an independent company and obviously are not willing to listen to anyone I am disgusted with this company and would urge anyone who is thinking of buying a pram from them to consider very carefully as thy do not believe in customer relations[ very angry gran]
