What good points?
Everything that you can think of. Horrible customer service. Terrible flight attendants, terrible in-flight service.
I flew on this airline for 20 years. I am done. Calling their customer service line is like calling the Vatican. Gee how fun is it to first sit in the plane for 4 hours, then go to a cheap hotel, then go back to the airport and sit around for another 7 hours waiting for a plane to take you to Boston then Chicago. What a great experience.
